Exteriior label: The metal label on the outside of the handbag should have the logo centered perfectly within the
metal backing.
Note: The logo and rivets should conform to these parameters. Notice how everything is centered.
Interior label: This label is located on the inside of the handbag, usually inside an inner zipper compartment.
Below is the front of a label that was found in the inside zipper pouch.
Below is the back of the label:
Note: On the backside of the label is where the serial number is located. Also, the label is a tightly woven cloth, not
a cheap sewn on fabric.
Below is the back of the label:
Note: On the backside of the label under the serial number is a feature that is
singular to authentic Ed hardy.
On the grayish stitch line under the serial number is a reflective property, or fabric that when it hits the light, glows like
a hologram. If you notice on the picture (above), that lower stitch line is not in direct light, and there is no reflection coming
off the string. However, in the picture (below), the label was tilted into the direct light, and instantly the reflection shimmered
off of the woven fabric. Many fake handbags will not have this special feature. So always check the interior label, front and back
for serial number, and finally hit the label backside with some direct light and check for the reflection.
Interior materials label: Also on the inside of the handbag will be a label sewn into a lining seam that says where
the bag was made, and the materials used.

Note: The interior tag breaks down the material by "inter" and "outer". Also note the
"made in China", in English, and the
"fabrique en Chine," (top right corner-frontside pic, top left-backside pic), which is in French. Christian Audigier is a French fashion designer, so look for the
French translation on some of the manufacturing labels. Fake bags will often forget this detail.
